The clinical questions and the rules about who is turned away are drafted for demonstration and are pending clinical review — they must be written and signed off by the prescribing clinician before any real use.

The assessment is built to turn people away when the NHS is the better route — a first diagnosis, anything urgent, or anything that needs seeing in person. That is not a failed sale. It is the whole point of doing one condition properly.
