Brand system · v1.0

The identity, in one place.

Type-led, one accent, no photography of people. Every decision answers one question: does this feel like calm, private, competent care — or does it perform? If it performs, it's wrong.

Colour

One accent. Tinted neutrals, never raw black or white.

A deep pine accent, a warm-tinted canvas, and a navy-green ink. Warmth comes from the temperature of the paper, not from a second colour. Every text pairing clears APCA and WCAG AA.

Voice

Warmth in temperature, not volume. Authority through substance, not hierarchy.

One voice — calm, specific, low-affect — spoken at two tempos: slower and kinder at a first diagnosis, plain and numbers-forward for everyone managing it day to day.

Steady — not soothing

The level voice in the room. It holds the same temperature whether the news is good or hard, without minimising.

Specific — not clinical

We prove we know this by showing the thing — the number, the plan, the price — in plain language, never jargon or drug names.

Plain-spoken — not blunt

The real thing in the fewest true words. Plainness is respect; it's never an excuse for coldness.

Beside you — not above you

The reader is the protagonist; we walk alongside. No lecturing, no pity, no congratulating people for coping.

Discreet — not secretive

Privacy stated as a plain fact and a form of respect — never a whisper about something shameful.

The two registers, side by side
Off-voiceDon't stress — herpes is totally no big deal and honestly super common, so chin up.
On-voice · crisis-adjacentWhat you're feeling right now is normal, and it passes. You are not alone in this, and you're not out of options.
Off-voiceBefore we can help, tell us about your symptoms and diagnosis history again so we can assess your suitability.
On-voice · matter-of-factWe've got your history — nothing to re-tell. Your plan's ready. Two taps to reorder.
Off-voiceSuppression stops you passing it on, so you're totally safe to date.
On-voice · reduction-onlyTaken daily, it lowers the risk of passing it on. It doesn't remove the risk — no honest brand can promise that.
